Hit submerged old bits of fishing nets about a mile off Bolt Head last August. Motoring in a flat calm. The engine was stopped dead and had to be unjammed by starting and gently easing into fwd and reverse whilst all the time getting near to the rocks and unable to sail off.
We still had nets around the prop but were able to make it back to Dartmouth with a fair tide around the Start.

It is impossible to spot these polypropalene 2" sqare net fragments , they float just under the surfafe of the sea.

A very stressfull time was spent estimating how much time we had before summoning assistance.
