I have been looking around for a Whale Flipper galley pump and this company seems to be a lot cheaper than others ie £40 compared to £50. Has anybody here bought from them, if so were they ok?

They are a bit vague about delivery charges "depends upon post code " etc.
Then they want to know all about the the customer before revealing stock count. This is what got me wondering. Another forumite who lives in the area
says they have been around for a few years and although he has no direct knowledge it seems they may be ok.

Look under "delivery details" for their standard delivery charges:

Our standard delivery charges are:
Items up to 2Kg (or small parcels) are sent by Royal Mail to any UK postcode: £2.95
Items up to 5Kg or medium parcels) to any UK postcodes: £3.95
Items up to 29Kg (or large parcels) to most UK postcodes: £5.95

They are right next to a factory unit that I visit frequently. Seems a very busy place. Had no idea they sold such a range of stuff.
