Looks like most here not familiar with the location. Might be worth asking folks near to you if they know of anyone. I have found Cambridge Outboards to be helpful. Hope you can get things sorted soon.

Where in Lincolnshire? IIRC I there's someone just your side of the Humber Bridge, I'll see if I can dig out their details.
Update: Yorkshire, Humberside and Lincolnshires premier outboard dealer with 31 years experience. Sales service spare parts and repairs to most makes of outboard motor. Looks like they moved from Barton-on-Humber to Hull Marina though. That said, it seems they'll come to you if needed.

Coulams used to supply and service all the outboard motors for the fishing boats on Anglian reservoirs. They used to service mine when we lived in the Deepings.
