Its begning to sound like the Sadler forum, which is off the air due to hackers!!!
My Sadler 32 has the same spots on the rudder. The hull looks sound though. She is a 1980 boat. The previous owner told me that she had been epoxied twice, though I have no proof of that.
Only to say that Osmosis is in the eys of the beholder. But I would not buy a boat with significant 'O'. I would keep looking.
