I keep pointing out you can buy shotgun blanks on amazon. They are essentially like bangers, rigged in a holder also for sale on amazon that is activated with a trip line, for scaring poachers. Etc. Dip in wax. Any use you make of this information is up to you of course but they are perfectly legal to own in the uk.

should be easy to check the law on blank ammunition. Its just a banger essentially to make a small sonic boom in the water. The orcas aren't far away and there's no reason to think they won't be a threat around the UK some time soon. Don't think they were shooting at them. It appeared to be firecrackers. The shooting bit came from the press and conservationists who were ramping up the rhetoric.

Some of the problem orcas are already tagged and their position reported over the internet. The sites also show higher risk areas where attacks have been occuring. Start by looking here and enrol in the Telegram groups.
