On-line training resources - which is the best?

Has anyone got any experience of on-line training packages for YM etc? Any comments good or bad? PM me or post below, please!

Don't know your knowledge level but the RNLI do a training cd of lights and shapes, sounds, ColRegs, buoyage etc that is wll worth a go. As I was sent one in the last mag I assume they are nuppence/donation.

Thats nice of the RNLI - I'm an Offshore/Governor member, my kids a Stormforce member - WE didn't get one of those CDs in our magazine/s -... I'm going off to sulk now.

I also recommend Chichester Maritime Online (cmonline link as per IanGrant) tcm also did his yachtmaster theory with them, and has previously recommended them .

I am just completing a correspondance course for Yachtmaster Theory. This was CD based with excersises and marking sent by email. This has worked well for me and I will have completed the course in about 8 weeks.
