Looking at the website it would appear some serious organisations are involved.
It will be nice to hear directly about any proposed plans for the locality from those actually capable of doing something about it..
The Swale/ Medway has always been a working waterway with both commercial and leisure users,rather than some twee area to be preserved in aspic at all costs.
Also a serious lack of the traditional tension found in other parts of southern UK (no names Solent) between raggies and local commercial fishermen. Mobos.Several of our club members also belong to nearbye Y***t clubs.
Fact that there is obvious industry around here has probably kept costs down plus allowed many boaters of all flavours to be able to get afloat on tight budget.
Be interesting to get TCs take on the subject.
