Thanks Captain Clyst will have a look into that.
Just wanted to say the reason why I started the post. I have been very lucky to be able to own such a vessel and sometimes think bloody mad to. I probably won't be able to keep hold of her forever. Wdhile I do I am keen to share the fun with anyone of any age or experience who fancys a bit of traditional sailing. I'm not trying to make any money out of this its purely for the love of sail. The boat is based in Rye and I plan on as many trips as possible this year so please message me if interested. Louis
Hi, Girl Sybil used to be owned by my great-grandfather and I'm trying to track the boat down to find out where it is now. Would you be able to help?Hello Paddy, thanks for the interest. Girl Sybil is a 1912 Cornish lugger. Shes a beauty of a boat with an interesting history. I have been through peaks and troughs as wooden boats do. As I said I'm just looking for some good people to enjoy her as much as I do. She deserves a happy crew
