Old Decca Sets

I am currently working with some blind sailors in the Westcountry. One of them is a liveaboard and needs an audible voltmeter. Could anyone out there donate a Decca set (now defunct) so that I can adapt its voltmeter function for this poor man on his Elizabethan Ketch in Milbrook?

I have a Navstar 2000 which I would love to have a new home. I'm interested to find out how it can help you as I can't remember it having a voltmeter or any kind of audio output. I'd love it to be of some help to someone as it is just gathering dust in my shed.
