As so many of you have previously been interested in Yoeri's thread of the 23m and we have a 20m Van der Valk Wheelhouse stopping with us for 2 weeks on her way home to Jersey, I have decided to have an open boat weekend so that anybody who wants a look on an IPS engined Aluminium Van der Valk can do so.
If you are around Ocean Village Southampton next Saturday 12 April or Sunday 13 April come along and see us on berth A14.
We shall be on board from 10 am both days so if you are in the area come on by and say hello, it would be good to see some forumites and put faces to avatars!:D

Look forward to seeing you both.
PEJ, you could even come by boat and short stay at OVM, they seem fairly quiet at the moment I am sure they would allow a drop in short stay.
Paul, I think you will find the engine room brilliant - it has over 2m headroom so servicing her does not need a Filipino contortionist apprentice!

I think you mis-understood - I am on berth A31 at OVM so just along the pontoon from you!

I walked past Jersey Falcon last weekend and thought what a lovely boat she was, looking forward to seeing inside.

Silly me! I thought you meant you lived somewhere off the A31.
Glad you like the look of the boat, she must have just arrived as I only put her on A14 on Saturday lunchtime.
Looking forward to meeting you there.
For what it's worth, I WILL be driving up the A31 to get to OVM!:D

Mike, have you washed her off yourself?? ;-)
Hi Yoeri,
I spent 4 hours waiting for you to come over with your marigolds and sponge! What happened??? Was your plane delayed?
The boat is looking brilliant now thanks to a lot of hard work by the valet crew and of course us both.
Weather is looking good for a dry and pleasant weekend so we look forward to seeing anybody who wants to join us (even Yoeri) on Berth A14 at Ocean Village Marina from 10 am onwards on both Saturday and Sunday.........we have already had 4 people look over her today while she was being washed and cleaned.
It was so warm there today at 20c that if the weather keeps up I may try and catch a Mullet and do a quick BBQ.:)
