One of the tasks I have set for this winter is to lift and rebed the genoa tracks and windows (replacing the crazed perspex in the process)

I am going to need 64 x M5 35mm pan head s/s bolts (just for the saloon windows, probably double that for the forecabin / heads too) and 40 x M5 60mm counter sunk s/s bolts plus nuts and washers. I popped into Morgans chandelry - to buy them in the Holt 4 packs will cost about £55!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Does anyone know of a supplier for 'bulk'?

For the perspex is there a particular grade for the marine environment or is it just measured in thickness?

Thanks.

If you pop round the corner to French Marine Motors, they always used to sell pan head and countersunk bolts loose, I think they still do!...always dramatically cheaper than paying for the nice little plastic bags!!
