Nut size on 1.5” heads outlet skin fitting

As above to remove old skin fitting and/or tighten new skin fitting as I am replacing all in DZR.

Also, it is in a slight depression so I think an offset spanner is required. Any suggestions of where to get it from?

Box spanners are the answer. Size will depend on the fitting, there is no standard for nut sizes on BSP fittings.
 
They don't need to be crazy tight when fitting, the sika will hold it in place once cured so any tool that can get it better than hand tight is fine. Undoing them I used a pipe wrench/stilsons. Boater Sam is right, Box spanner probably is the better answer but a set that big is quite pricey and probably won't fit in the gaps you have anyway!
When fitting, don't forget that if you're using a tool on the inside you'll also need a tool on the outside and a friend to hold that tool. A sika'd up skin fitting is round and slippery so look into what tools you can get for your skin fittings. For what it's worth I couldn't get the tools for my Trudesign (which have a special, but cheap tool) so we ended up just holding them and tightening by hand and they're all good and tight and have not leaked at all.

Having done this job recently I can confidently say it really doesn’t. It takes a lot of work to grind out a bronze seacock and makes an enormous mess while also heating up the glass to levels I felt uncomfortable with. A pipe wrench took about 30 seconds per fitting and made zero mess. The only exception in my opinion is where there isn’t space for the wrench.

A tool you can then use with other sizes of big nuts.

Grinding off the flange: sometimes you try to get the whole thing off with tools, and it doesn't take too long. Sometimes you think it will be quick, and realise after it took a long time in comparrison, or you give up as being too hard (but you don't always know which when you start). Grinding helps with a little technique - ie focus on the corner rather than whole flange - quick and easy, particularly compared with a stubborn interior.
