A note warning entry restricted at the Eastern Docks is introduced viz: No vessel may enter the Eastern Docks Ferry Terminal Restricted Area without the specific permission of Dover Vessel Traffic Service.
5. ENGLAND - East Coast - Depths. - Two reductions of depth right on the edge of the northern side of the deep water channel in Sea Reach close opposite to the Cliffe Fleet and Tanker port hand buoys. Unlikely to hinder leisure craft.

If the Rib Experience at Sun Pier is anything like that at the Lower Pool of London the effect on other river users will be hideous. However there are fewer "other" on that stretch than anywhere else really and the Medway Towns could do with all the economic activity that can be extracted.
