I have a mooring to let and have had a whole load of enquiries about it. Problem is they all seem to be people who are 'Liveaboards'. Whilst personally I have no real objection to this, there's no way the Council would tolerate a residential mooring. When I tell candidates this they seem to think I am being difficult.
