I bought a dozen new Treadmaster panels for my Westerly Corsair. The original panels are 4ft x 3ft but the new ones are 1200 x 900 mm. This means there is a noticeable gap where the new ones are smaller by 19mm in length and 14mm in width, exposing where the old panels have been . removed. I can't see a good solution to replace the old with new neatly.

Any ideas anyone?

Assuming the sheets are currently laid with a gap between or would be acceptable with one ,use a buffing compound and/or wet and dry ( wrapped on a narrow piece of batten) to remove the final adhesive/stain on the gelcoat which would be visible around the finished work.Laborious for 12 sheets.

Or use the sheets continuously without margins and use an extra sheet to make up the remnant required.
Appreciate that it all depends on the layout.
