Think family!! If economy is your main concern, enter ye not this world of boating. Seriously, boating is expensive but the one thing you should do is consider reliability and safety first. Boats that break down and put your family at risk, are a pain in the *rse. Get something as new as you can afford in the style that you want, and then get it professionally checked over before parting with your money.
Next - get some professional tuition. Powerboat 1 & 2 should do it. Boating is miles more fun when you know what you are doing.
Last - switch your caps lock off, capital letters means you're shouting
