James, I was having a look at your pictures taken at Porth Dinllaen when I noticed the crew of another boat eyeing up your boat. It is the one furthest away, dead centre of the picture - yours is the next one in, tied to the orange buoy.

They are there again in this picture - it's the boat that you can see through the rear metal work of the fishing vessel SU366.

At first it looked suspicious, but then, I always look suspicious. So, you can see, I did make it.

My crew thinks that he has some pictures of your boat as he was quite impressed with it. If he finds them, I will post them.

Lovely spot - please name it so I can look it up in the crusing manual sent over by MartynK.

That Cobalt is very distinctive - looks like it's doing 50 knots just sitting there.

Aye, tiss a cracking anchorage SV.

Nice Hostelry ashore too.
Hey up Major that,s a fair run from PD in Your Antares .
Well done!
All the buildings ashore are "protected" by the National Trust I believe.
Nice to think that the place will not be overdeveloped.
Nice as it is.
So don,t be telling any more peeps about it please.
Gonna get Irish and all sorts there next.
People selling pegs.
Fortune tellers.
Pity I missed the Gig though.
Could have flogged a few Pizzas there and bummed a Pint or Two, DOH!

Major

Thank heaven's for that proof at last, that you were there!

I was beggining to wonder if you were hoaxing!

If your man can find his pictures, I would love to see them?

Mick, you are correct, Port Dinllaen on the Llyn Peninsula, about the only safe refuge on this long run of coast. It's not usually anything like as busy as this day. It was an organised cruise by the chaps that hold the round Anglesey world speed record in a rib.
The Peninsula is beautiful and is featured a lot in the photography on this guys website www.minxpix.co.uk.
Here is what it usually looks like with the very fanous Ty Coch pub on the beach, could be in the West of Ireland Mick?
