new riverside pub at Maidenhead

Went passed it on our way back downstream today, lots of spaces on the new pontoons, but there were signs up saying private moorings only. Also noticed that access to the pub from those moorings appears to be through a locked gate, so even if you moot there, I don’t think you can get access to the pub but could be wrong.
Would seem silly to build a new pub riverside but with no access to it from a boat.

As mentioned previously the mooring pontoons are not related to the pub.

It may be that the pub is for road and foot access only.

Do they advertise anything about being able to come by boat on their website?

I imagine use as a pub may be temporary while planning permission is sought for more residential units on the site.
