Hi There,
I have recently invested in a new main sail, I have to say I’m not that happy with the shape, but it could be me . I’ve played around with the tension on the batons, I just cannot get rid of the wrinkle on the top baton, where it goes into the box at the luff. The only way I can get the shape I think it should be is with loads of back stay tension. Is it me or is there an issue. Any advice greatly appreciated. I have enclosed two photos one with a fairly taut halyard and one with it very loose.
these things are a lot of money and need to be right. Thanks in advance
