Looks fantastic, thank you for the pics. I really like Pearls, recognising they offer something a little different from SS/Prin/FL. I understand that pods free up space for accommodation, and will be interested in your experience. I'm sure you will be well looked after as a new build, although i have some concerns about durability in years to come. I doubt this will worry you though.
