New Boat Fairline 55 or 58 or Dominator 620!

As I type this --sat looking at stock SS pred 58 ,Hatten 55 ( or something ?) been here 3-4 months + touted round Cannes show .
Also a Prinny 39 -been on all summer no takers .Intersting 4 empty Prinny ,Fr births normally stuffed with stock ,been empty all summer .
Tells me factory changed dealer terms to make it not worthwhile or too risky to hold stock .- summits up at Princess UK ( or Princess.Fr? )
Normally births are full stock changes regularly .
SS are strong in the Über stuff down here loads of new 100-150 ftrs about
Just writing what I see

Personally I would rather the dealer held stock and had skin in the game if I were running Fairline .... But thank goodness I don't !
Yes its an odd one that. You would think that if a manufacturer wants to keep its market share it would be pushing its dealers to stock boats. Thats what my manufacturers do to me anyway!

Yup they are v myopic :o:o:o when it comes to boats ,
But cars these days - whole diff set of rules .
Reminds me of the 70 ,s BL 8hite - allegros , rovers , princess's -they bought these too ,but the rest of the world did not!
As with Germans building cars today -Italiens build best boats by a country mile .
They just can,t see it -Brain washed like 70,car buyers :)

Yes I travelled with my family with a BMer 320I to my uncle in Birmingham and aunt in Scotland in the 1983 and we where treated as aliens at the time. :)
We also had a partner who a nice Fiat 131 Sport and he was treated like a man from another universe.

Sorry for the OT
