Modern, beamy designs have a lot of hull volume, but as noted above it’s still a 30 foot boat.
In smaller boats like this the designers usually scale down the elements of the interior so it looks like you have everything, but it’s actually a slightly smaller version of everything.
Beneteau are past masters at this, and have been doing it since the 80s. A good recent (ish) example is the Finot Conq designed Oceanis 31. Nothing wrong with the approach, but obviously it’s important to get on board and see how you find the space.
