need a big seacock!

Does anyone know where i can get a heads outlet seacock with a 1 3/4" hole outlet. I have one on the boat but the outside plate has corroded. or does anyone know where i can get a plate made up. i hope this makes sense to someone.

Are you sure it is 1 3/4"?

Could you fit a 1 1/2" seacock and replace the tubing to it?

Anyway, Blakes make a 2" one; they just don't bother to tell anyone this!

Thanks for that. I might have to go for the 2 inch. The hose from the heads is normal size. Its the bit that goes through the hull which is 1 3/4". I bought a Blakes 1 1/2" but obviously was too small. I have been in contact with classic marine so i might just have a new washer/plate made up.

Could you make the hole in the hull smaller and fit the 1 1/2" one? There need not be any loss of strength.

I did think that, but don't really know how to go about it. Its a wooden hull.

You can get a 1.5" or 2" BSP skin fitting, a 1.5" or 2" BSP ballvalve and a 1.5" or 2" BSP to 45 mm hose tail from www.asap-supplies.com
