Got a new dinghy last week, its a Sumar 2.6 metre blow up floor. Made for Suzuki. Anyway it says in the book.

Suitable for river esturies, large bays, wind upto and including F6 and two metre waves. All tested in Hamburg by whatever authority. Does this mean that if it's a bit rough for MF I can go out in the dinghy????

There's an easy solution to this mystery. Wait until you have a F6 with wind against tide (to ensure a suitable wave height) and then go out for a row. Let us know how you get on. /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif
