I found this whilst mooching about on ebay.

Its a Bonito Falcon

How on earth did the get them in there...... In bits;)
 
Its at 25.5k currently. Someones not thinking long term!!!

At least you couldnt drop a spanner between them:)
 
True, but it looks like they thought of a few things like having the impellers on the front of the engines, although I can see an oil filter lurking at the back there.
 
I haven't got a picture of it, but a couple of years ago a mate repowered a 30' Bayliner (Motor-Yacht series) flybridge, with a couple of 200 hp Cummins/Mercruisers.
By the time the plastic covers were installed, the hatch was sitting up by about 5mm, with just enough sideways room to get your hand in.
 
On the first pic, changing a starter motor could be interesting.

At least there is enough space at the front to change belts/impellors - I've seen several boats where the front of the engine is right up against a bulkhead!

Looks interesting to service, but all im thinking at the minute is i would love to give them a good clean!!!!!

Pet hate dirty engines and engine bays especially on boats that are for sale.
