I assume you are refering to the BMC Commodore which apparently came in both 3.4 and 3.8 versions, altho' it seems the only difference is in the bore size. A friend has both the Workshop Manual and the Parts Manual for the 3.4 and might be persuaded to part with the pair. I believe he also has a completely reconditioned cylinder-head for the 3.8. PM me if you are interested.
PM me and I will act as intermediary (no commission charged - honest!!) Further enquiry reveals that said old friend also has a complete 3.4 engine, had been reconditioned but present condition unknown as it was removed from a boat and then stored under a tarpaulin for the past six years.
