Here is a tip. We are going to Preveza at the end of May, and as it will hopefully be hot, we do not anticipate needing much in the way of kit. Therefore we wanted to book only ONE check in bag. Unfortunately, the website does not allow you to do this with a joint booking, but there is an option to make individual bookings, and choose a check in bag option (or not) for each booking. Well to cut a long story short 'we' clicked the wrong option and ended up with no checked bags. There is no on line 'manage your booking' option either.
However the customer helpline was very efficient and the problem was resolved in a few minutes.
Well done Monarch for changing our reservation at no extra cost!
