Mixing different makes of diesel bug treatment

They're not all the same stuff, but it seems OK to mix them. I've mixed them several times when changing brands. Currently, I'm using Marine 16 which seems effective.

I've also used Marine 16 for several years now and seems to keep the diesel clean, I do use white road diesel. Very little evidence of contamination when filter changing.

I alternate between Fuel set as an emulsifier and Marine 16 as a bug killer.
I typed a while ago (think it was on the MB forum, simple diesel scrubbing) regarding a bug getting used to a treatment so it being a good idea to rotate different ones

Also had the same question as there is a tiny bottle of Spartron on the boat with a £21 price tag  that says it treats one thousand litres. That is a lifetime for me with a small Beta engine... hope it preserves itself as well as the diesel!!

I have seen suggestions that it's a good idea to use both the emulisfying type and the bugicidal type.
Did you mean the de-emulsifying type?
Marine 16 is a brand which covers deveral products, it would be helpful if people discriminated between DFC and Bug Killer:
