missing boat syndrome

I don’t miss my boat, I’m very lucky it’s at the bottom of the street. But I always like to have boat keys in my pocket, it’s very strange but I miss them if they aren’t there
 
Our Nimbus 335 was collected in part exchange mid-December, and the replacement 405 Fly is due April/May - can't wait.

I have not missed it this last week or so, but there could well be some longing if the weather picks up soon. But at least I shall not have the liftout jobs this year.

I just stopped myself searching through the S34 ads. Must stop. Cars are also my weakness but I have that toy already.

Quite right. And I also have a nice toy although this cold spell put paid to this and next weekend outings in the forests .

For a number of reasons we had virtually no time on the boats for 2016/17 - but having launched the Portofino 25 and put on a permanent berth on 28th December, we've already had a couple of good days and run to Dartmouth! Thus getting a head start and hoping for a great season catching up this year - and also getting a little further afield than we could with the Fletchers. Bring on the sunshine! :encouragement:
