This question came up some years back, and I have a distant memory that there was not, though someone thought there was a group considering starting one. There is not one affiliated to the RYA, but then again some other smaller cruising yacht associations are not.
It is just possible that the Mirror Dinghy Class Association might be able to advise.

See the other thread currently running on the same subject. Follow the link and you come to an unofficial forum with nothing about the Mirror Offshore on it in fact nothing about anything on it.
