Mayland fisher 19

Can any one tell me any info about the Mayland fisher 19. I bought one which is now 3 years old with a 70hp tohatsu outboard.

I think you'll find the Mayland was actually made in Mayland, near Malden in Essex I think and that's how it got it's name. They were prolific builders in the 80's I remember and made lots of small boats particularly for anglers. You might get a better result with the skiing and small angling boat sites or try Jim Whippy at Boat Fishing Magazine. ( jim.whippy@btopenworld.com)

Still made I'm led to believe. Nauticalia boats at Shepperton on the Thames still sell them and have the specs etc listed on thier site. Might be worth a look.

They were made in Mayland Essex, I have a Mayland Topaz 630 - great little boats.

they are made on canvey island now a company has purchased the mayland moulds , they are made in the Halcon yard
