Max Prop Grease

Max Prop specifies a " fluid waterproof grease" and supply a small tin of their own grease marked LT 0 EP. I would appreciate advice on which grease would be suitable or were Max Prop grease can be obtained. Frank

I asked Darglow and they told me to use Esso Cazar K2 which they can supply.I haven't been able to find any locally yet.I wonder how critical it is, grease is grease isn't it?

We searched for the same this winter without much joy - apart from ordering from America. I contacted a propeller manufacturer in Teignmouth Devon, BT Marine Propellers, Tel 01626 778008 who refurbish Max Prop. They were able to advise us as to which grease to use. Took their advise - its working fine. I cant remember the name of the grease - give them a ring.
