Mast Height

Can anyone help ?

I have a 1931 traditional 30' Osborne Motor Yacht and I need to fit a replacement mast - I bought her without the mast and have no idea what length I should be looking at?

Is this a motor-sailer? What type of hull? Displacement? Where will you be sailing? Any preferences for rig type?

Or is she a large motor launch that just needs a radio mast?
