Last week I ordered a pair of tracks for a plastimo outboard bracket - £137

no show yet so yesterday I sent an email

no response

so this morning I used their live chat facility

I assume they were a LOT cheaper than elsewhere and they have already taken your money? That's what they do isn't it, without having goods in stock. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole after what people have said on here. Hope you get it resolved quickly, good luck...

incidentally if you buy a DVD from KTL you send me your address - I send you the dvd - then in the fulness of time you send me the money...

if the money does not show then I don't bother asking for it

amazingly everyone - apart from a bloke who went to hospital - paid up pretty quickly

he paid once he was better

its a bit old fashioned I know

but it works

I wouldn't if I were you. You'll be on your boat waiting for Richard & he'll keep saying ......."Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment." By which time the day & tide will have come & gone.
 
How to work Marine megastore

I think I have come up scheme that seems to get you what you want from marine megastore. In the past (a long time ago now) I had the usual experience with this mob. But recently I tried again, with one small change in the process and instead of being billed for products that never arrived, I found that when I bought something at 3:30pm which stated 4-5 day delivery, it arrived at 11am the next day!

So what was the change?? Well, when I was writing marinemegastore.com into the address bar in my browser, I made the minor change of replacing 'mega' with 'super' - tada!

I wonder how much business Marinesuperstore miss out on by folk mistaking them for the 'mega' outfit? I would have thought they must have something to say about the risk of association... a shame as I've had nothing but great service from superstore... not used megastore due to all the history of posts on here.
