About to purchase our first boat. The survey has been done and its has been recommended that we get the engines and the drives serviced. Any recommendations around the Solent area of providers of quality and value?

If you send a PM to Volvopaul he will be able to help you. Regular contributor on here, and lots of us use his services

Second Volvo Paul, he knows his stuff and a good bloke too (mobi 07850392296)

After all these recommendations that we've given to people I'm really looking forward to receiving my 'drink' this Christmas from the forum engineer!!

Mr Volvopaul how's about a free engine service for us all....make a really Happy Christmas present.

Volvo Paul is the only engineer I use and recommend, what he doesn't know about engines isn't worth knowing!!

Engineers will travel where the work is and you will find they will still be competitive, I travel 2-300 miles sometimes if thats where I am needed all for a day or twos work, sometimes abroad.

So why didn't you fancy St Kat's in London then? Ended up paying a local guy for a good days work & he now has our business.
