Yes, so not too worried about that side. What annoys me most is that they told me the product had been dispatched (5 working days delivery). Three weeks later, I’m starting to suspect that this was less than truthfull.

UPDATE 7 Jun

All good. They haven’t gone bust and I have my order. The silence and delays were apparently due to too many staff on holiday simultaneously. Conrad, the CEO, personally apologised without no attempt at BS excuses. He then personally delivered my order the next day. Can’t ask for better than that.

Companies do screw up from time to time - it’s how they deal with it that matters. In this case, they came good!
