marieholm 32 - how much?

Does anyone have any idea a mid-70s Marieholm 32 in good condition (with some updating required) sell for?

This is a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" type question.
....However, Marieholm were a respected manufacturer with a soundly built range of boats. I would say the 32 is in the same price league as the Contessa 32, or perhaps 10 / 15% less. This would indicate a lower end price of maybe £20,000 to £30,000 at the top.
The mark two Marieholm 32 was the better boat (I think it was called the SE). The design was by Tord Sunden (of Folkboat fame) and was an expensive boat when new.

One I know of has recently sold for circa £25,000

Dear Memphis,
there is one Marieholm 32 in Holland for sale (rather shabby and over 1 1/2 year on the list) in Holland. They started by euro 35000 but now 32.000 euro which is also over the top. See one of the Dutch websites/brokers e.g. botenbank.nl or botentekoop.nl or one of the others.
