Looking for long term crew

I am about to take the plunge and start cruising. Initially for months in the summer in the Med and if all goes well carrying on through the winter to warm climes. I'd like someone who is committed, capable and compatible ( non-smoker)
I'm 45 single easy going with 25 years sailing experience. I have a Moody 41 berthed in Turkey
