Looking for \'hull shaped\' water tank manufacturer

I'd like to fit 2 large water tanks into my MFV (one either side) but would like them below the raised floor joists (hull shaped), to keep the centre of gravity low in the boat.
Would anyone have a contact of a manufacturer of custom tanks that would suit this purpose?
Many thanks. Neil.

Second tek-tanks. I have visited their works a couple of times. Very helpful bunch. I left them my old stainless steel holding tank to dispose off though. Very smelly and I didn't want it back the car!

Tek Tanks - I gave them a custom design fabricated in mdf, having proved that it would fit the space, and that I could actually get it to the space!!!!

Their plastic tank was absolutely perfect.

I never email a company unless I am certain I am using a mail addresss that is looked at frequently. I try to telephone or fax initially.

I always email a company I am considering buying from via their "contact us" page, it gives a good indication of attention to detail and likely customer service attitude.

Talbot I accept your experience may be different to mine, but over the years I have found a direct relationship between customer service and the desire / ability to respond to emails.

So come on Tek Tanks, are you still trading then ?

E-savvy companies - yes

Companies that do the majority of their business over the net - yes

Companies that are just dangling their toe in the "e" waters primarily as a means of advertising their business, or who just do very limited 2-business - need to contact by some other means first, but I dont consider that this is indicative of bad service, merely that they give proority elsewhere, and have yet to learn the benefits of "e-business"

I am pleased to say several days later I did get a very useful response, so I plan to use Tek Tanks.

Re: Looking for \'hull shaped\' water tank manufacturer

I e-mailed Tek-Tanks a couple of weeks ago through their contact page and got no reply. I phoned a few days later and the person to speak to is not in just now. Phoned again and got through to the lady and asked for some details of sizes of standard tanks. She was going to get back to me and I am still waiting but not holding my breath. The details I was looking for was the sizes of the ridges in the C series diesel tanks so I can build the mounts for one.
