Maybe no help, but:-
Stayed in the 2nd last house(seaward end) on the road from Clachan(North Uist) to Locheport, past Sidinish.
The next door, resident ,neighbour name of Robert or Robin, I think, (the last house 57 degs,33mins 05.19 secsN-- 7degs 12 mins 14.50 secs W(courtesy Google Earth) has a very smart Macwester Rowan 22 and another neighbour with a larger boat have the only two moorings up that end.
I told Rob.? about ybw.com so it may be he you seek.
