We have an outside berth available for a (preferably live-aboard) vessel in the 55 - 70 foot range in a small friendly marina in Southampton. We have around 15 live-aboards here, around 45 boats in total. If interested, PM me.

I would love to to be in a position to pack up and leave with my boat. Sadly, dueto my career, family commitments and my mortgage, it's not been possible.
How often do you get out for a sail. Maybe round the cans or down to Cowes. In fact, what happens when you want to go acoss channel? Would your lodgers be crewing or homeless?.
I, as ex soldier, could have have done my own thing and at times I feel that I wanted to but I didn't because I couln't afford the risk.
Living aboard is my dream not setting up a low cost accomodation scheme.
