Livaboard in London

I have recently got a job in Tottenham, and with house prices being so high in that area I have been thinking about living on a boat. The boat I have been to look at is allready there, she is a 26' wooden ketch rigged motorsailer (possibly a fishing boat at some time). I was wondering if any of you have any space saving ideas that might be usefull.
