Try your local Lewmar dealer. and lean on them hard. The number of hatches with defective or prematurely crazed glass has gotten attention elsewhere, and in some cases yacht manufacturers (like HR) are having the hatches replaced on trade-ins or for standing customers. It is good customer relations for Lewmar to get proactive on this, or at least make a gesture for sticking with them.
We have a local guy who, given a pattern, will machine acrylic to fit. A fraction of the price but you may not match the colour. Can also replace with polycarbonate but it does scratch more easily.

Does your local guy need the old acrylic to copy? Can he make to fit a standard Lewmar shape/size? My yacht is in Palma so cannot simply take the acrylic out and send back to the UK!
