well, if alistairr can get away with a post about showers, i can defintiely ask about carpet.

the vair cheap leaopardy carpet in the boat is a success cos it looks great fun. But, it is very skanky carpet, costing les than turf, and the costy of the edging was more than the carpet.

So, does anyone kno where i can buy leopardprint carpet? Or get some made?

Nobody sells that stuff, its a sort of expression of charity, trying to help the culturally retarded .. Alistairr in between blinding peeing Scotties has had a social order slapped on him for assaulting home delivery van drivers parked at the side of his hoose and is compelled to do 3 hours a week producing leopardskin articles for the terminally deranged

Jimi, it's not 'culturally retarded', it's OK because it looks 'fun'. Like your maroon 3-button waistband flares

Mr B had carpets made for my car. They are black with Pink Pussy embroidered on them in bright pink ... I think he still has the details of where he got them if you're interested Matt.

Re: dimmers

git.

anyway, i am awaiting an update about the dimmers. Admit it, you dim the lights in the evening , then turnem off at nite, and then several times the next day when you turn the lights on you think "oh shit - the batteries are nearly dead!" but then it turns out to be the dimmers on low....

Marwell Zoo have some nice leopards so perhaps you could sneak in there with a rifle and flaying knife, on your way home from Porto Solente one weekend? It's only a small detour off the A3.

While you are about it, you could nick a couple of Ring Tailed Lemur as well - their tails make excellent brushes.

Wilton carpets are just up the road from me.

Used to be Wilton Royal but bought out by Americans who kept the Royal Wilton name and then closed down factory. This was re-started a few years ago with all of original equipment bought from receivers.

Most of my house is carpeted with Wilton Carpet and quality is good. They also have a seconds/surplus shop at the Wilton Shopping village where I have seen Leopard Skin carpet in the distant past. Could not believe that anyone would want such a thing.

Let me know if I can help.

Matt its gotta to be said, there are some overtones of brash flash cash here or as some now call it BLING. Reminds me about the joke about a gynaecologist who was thinking of buying a leather sofa but not suitable for this forum......
