LBS and Credit Cards

Did anyone else get railroaded into applying for a BMIF / MBNA credit card. I was accosted at the top of the escalator and almost physically manhandeled into filling in the form. It was only when I had started the form I realised it was for a credit card I do not want and have no intention of using.
When I started the form I thought it was a straight forward survey, and only noticed it was n't when I got to the questions about Employment and income.

I did get approached - but sent them away with a flea in their ear - what, what!

I used to have an MBNA card but cancelled it when their hard sell and heavy handed approach became apparent a while ago. Had to threaten legal action to stop them pestering me. Be warned!

yup was accosted by smart alec totty, told her didnt use them and didnt believe in them, smart arse reply and was ignored, reminded me of when me and a buddy, both in mid 50s, enterd the disco bar in sivota this aug past, 3 tottys at bar swivel, look us up and down and return to their drinks. ian says to me, do you realise what happened then, me, no why, we were just clocked and discarded!!
