Laying up in Southern Ireland

We are thinking of sailing our Tamarisk 24 along the Southern Irish coast this summer and rather than back-tracking were thinking of laying up for the winter (ashore or afloat) somewhere between Cork and Baltimore. Does anyone know or have experience of a yard that is sheltered, safe and not too expensive?

http://www.oldcourtboats.ie/ up the Ilen River from Baltimore, proprietor Donal O'Donovan is a very nice man.

http://www.rossbrin-boatyard.com/ a small bit further west, near to Schull.

Both have public bus transfer to Cork Airport.
