Getting ours fitted was one of the best things we did. It takes the stress out of locks, marinas etc. We had 30knts as we headed back down through the locks from Willemstad. Without it, it would have been hard work!
Our only issue was the other boats....there were a couple of boats that got turned 180 degrees by the wind as they left the lock and came back in.
