Lalizas lifejacket failure

"I have been selling Lalizas equipment for 5 years now and I have never had a single item returned." - er, forgive me if I'm pointing out the obvious here, but if my boat goes down 12 mile out and my lifejacket does not inflate, I'm not very likely to be in a position to return it am I?! - Presumably now Doris Stokes has passed on there'd be no way to make contact! Funnily enough not many people return duff parachutes either....

Hehe Numenius - that one tickled me for sure! You have a very good point! Having run my own business for a number of years and been let down by various suppliers (as often happens due to many circumstances) I remain firmly of the opinion that the measure of a good company is NOT whether they make mistakes but how they react when mistakes are brought to their attention. Lalizas have failed miserably!

What percentage of gas inflation lifejackets undergo an inflation and what percentage of victims of those that fail bother to complain..... percentages of percentages etc. An ever diminishing number. So Stephen I am not surprised you have so few or even no returns. Barry Stone has one and look at his response!
