Both yellow ones flashing in unison, of their own accord
Pressed both when back in port and both stopped
Later that day, these lights lights on at upper helm, no keys in ignition, engines started fine but no drive from lower helm
Turned engines off and started them both from lower helm, again started fine but racing. I've tachometer showing only 1000rpm but on tick over sounded like 3000
Still no drive from downstairs
Turned off and started engines again from Flybridge, all ok but still no drive from lower helm
Yellow lights flashing on and off together, at same frequency

Anyone any ideas before I call in the local specialist?

I'm sure they'll sort it but very curious in the mean time

When requesting drive from lower helm are you holding down red button for 5 seconds to activate station required?
Yellow flashing lights means fault codes present , press yellow button and count the flash pulse which gives a 2 digit code.

I suggest you read up on early EDC if your new to it .

Thanks, I'll try the 5 second hold. Didn't realise I had hold so long
Will also chech out the hold and count on the yellow button

Cheers

After holding down the yellow button for several seconds they should give two single flashes = code 11 which means sytem pass - no faults.

Getting fault code 2.6 simultaneously on both engines
Read old thread with same code and see it could be a power supply problem, I guess the problem would be at the source of this power as it is both engines rather than just one, is there a fuse that would protect the whole circuit rather than a fuse protecting just one side?
