She's only broken her mooring but doesn't appear to have suffered any damage. Can't see any reason she won't simply float off when the tide gets high enough., which should be anytime now.

Who pays for that as i doubt any ins coverYes, apparently (and unsurprisingly) her engines are non-functioning. She'll also need an alternative mooring or a substantial anchor.
She is now fully afloat, i assume lying to her own anchor,

I am told she is owned by a former HH PilotInteresting. If she's just been anchored (and essentially unattended), it's fortunate nothing's happened before now.
